About the photo Mith.jpg (from User:Mithridates)

Hi, MGA73! This file was uploaded by io:User:Mithridates (real name: Dave McLeod), a collaborator of Ido Wikipedia, who uploaded a foto of him and one of his friends. He used this image in his presentation page. I think that you should talk to him about the image, if it can be uploaded to Commons Wikimedia, or what else. I've protected the photo because an annonymous annoyed me a lot about this image a long time ago - see, I was NOT the uploader, I DO NOT represent the interests of the uploader, and I have many other things to do besides writing to Ido Wiki (which I like very much and, unfortunately, has few collaborators, fewer administrators and no steward at all), and had absolutely no time for polemics - e.g., thirty minutes lost in polemical discussion are thirty minutes lost forever, that could be used more productively in other activities (including social activities) that demand my time and concentration. That was the reason of the protection.

Whatever Mithridates and you decide about the image, it can be done, but I shall not interfere in discussions about a person's image that is not my property at all. My very best regards, Joao Xavier (diskuto) 00:47, 31 mar. 2020 (UTC)
