English: After lunch I planned to walk along the Nishizaka hill. I was planning to visit Shofukuji Temple, and then continue to Suwa Shrine.

After walking a little bit from the railway station I spotted a sign pointing to Shofukuji Temple. The sign pointed up the Nishizaka hill and said the temple was 90 meters in that direction. However, the sign was also pointing directly into a building across the road. So I circled around the building and started climbing up the hill.

After a while I realized that I had climbed signifigantly more than 90 meters, and Shofukuji temple was nowhere in sight. Since I hate turning back, I decided to continue upwards. I ended up walking through a huge cemetery on the hillside. The afternoon sun was really hot.

I was hoping that there would at least be something interesting at the top of the hill. But when I got there I didn't really find anything special. At least I was rewarded with pretty nice views for my efforts.
