'''Kerala''' esas stato en Sud-[[India]]. Ol havas plu kam 34 milioni habitanti. Ol havas tre bela naturo e peizajo.[[Theckumchery Mana]] was an ancient extinct Namboothiri Brahmin family who lived near Kolenchery. According to legend they were Nepali Maithili brahmins who migrated to Tulu Nad near Mangalore and then migrated to Kerala. Thus they were Maithili Tulu Brahmins. They were the local rulers of Poothrika ,Thammanimattom, Kinginimattom, and Ramamangalam, parts of Northern Travancore. Unlike other Brahmin families in which women were not given much freedom, Theckumchery Mana had its provinces ruled by its Antharjanam ( Brahmin women). They were known as Theckumchery Tamburattikal.

The Theckumchery Mana became extinct in the 8th century when the Ainatu Valayil Mathu who was also from an aristocratic syrian Christian family from Kolenchery married the Theckumchery Tamburatty. It was not with her family's consent. This infuriated her brothers and they tried to attack Mathu's brother Uthup who then migrated to Palai and changed their family name from Valayil to Valiyil. Tamburatty's brothers cut all relations with the Theckumchery Mana and established many other Mana's. Thus Theckumchery Mana was abandoned. As a result the Ainatu Valayil family accepted all the wealth of the Mana and for the remembrance of the Mana they carried the name Theckumchery and formed Ainatu Theckumchery Valayil family.
